I was contracted as an Internal Communications and Business Analyst at Philip Morris International for one year. I focused on graphic design and developed communications and digital content for internal use, while also providing business analyst support to the US and PNC Director and team.
WEEKLY NEWSLETTERs
Every other week, I collaborated with a communications team to produce a newsletter for all employees at PMI. My goal was to revamp the newsletter's design, increase click rates, and enhance employees' awareness of the content provided in the weekly updates.







WEB DESIGN
I was also assigned to help revamp the website and redesign the theme for each web page, along with creating a video tutorial for employees who are new to the page or have never used it before.
